Shipping: My Hand to Yours

I am one guy running a studio, not Amazon. Every order that comes through this site is packed by me on the pool table and driven down to the local post office.

  • Processing Time: I do my best to process and pack orders within 3 to 5 business days. Honestly I try to get the order out the door ASAP so sometimes its like a day or two. During big drops or sales, it might take me a day or two longer to catch up. I appreciate your patience.

  • Stickers & Small Items: If you only order a couple of stickers or a keyring, they will ship out in a standard envelope with a stamp to save you money. Because of this, these small orders will not have a tracking number.

  • Art Prints: All large fine art screen prints are rolled carefully and shipped in heavy-duty tubes to ensure they don't get crushed in transit.

Return Policy

I stand behind the quality of everything that leaves the studio. Like I said, I wouldn't sell anything I wouldn't personally wear.

  • The 14-Day Window: If your apparel doesn't fit quite right, you have 14 days from the day it gets delivered to reach out for a return or exchange.

  • The Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were sent to you.

  • Art: Because of their rarity, all limited-edition fine art prints items are final sale. I'd like to offer returns but the art usually comes back damaged. Message me if your package arrived damaged and I'll see what I can do.

  • How to Start a Return: Just shoot an email to max@livingoodstuidos.com with your order number, and I will help you get it sorted out.
